چکیده

We study the ordinary differential equation εẍ+ ẋ+ εg(x) = εf(ωt), where g and f are real-analytic functions, with f quasi-periodic in t with frequency vector ω. If c0 ∈ R is such that g(c0) equals the average of f and g(c0) 6= 0, under very mild assumptions on ω there exists a quasi-periodic solution close to c0 with frequency vector ω. We show that such a solution depends analytically on ε in a domain of the complex plane tangent more than quadratically to the imaginary axis at the origin.

Construction of quasi-periodic response solutions in forced strongly dissipative systems

We consider a class of ordinary differential equations describing one-dimensional quasiperiodically forced systems in the presence of large damping. We give a fully constructive proof of the existence of response solutions, that is quasi-periodic solutions which have the same frequency vector as the forcing. This requires dealing with a degenerate implicit function equation: we prove that the l...

The Dissipative Scale of the Stochastics Navier Stokes Equation: Regularization and Analyticity

We prove spatial analyticity for solutions of the stochastically forced Navier Stokes equation, provided that the forcing is sufficiently smooth spatially. We also give estimates, which extend to the stationary regime, providing strong control of both of the expected rate of dissipation and fluctuations about this mean. Surprisingly, we could not obtain non-random estimates of the exponential d...

Pullback D-attractors for non-autonomous partly dissipative reaction-diffusion equations in unbounded domains

At present paper, we establish the existence of pullback $mathcal{D}$-attractor for the process associated with non-autonomous partly dissipative reaction-diffusion equation in $L^2(mathbb{R}^n)times L^2(mathbb{R}^n)$. In order to do this, by energy equation method we show that the process, which possesses a pullback $mathcal{D}$-absorbing set, is pullback $widehat{D}_0$-asymptotically compact.

Quasi-periodic motions in strongly dissipative forced systems

We consider a class of ordinary differential equations describing one-dimensional systems with a quasi-periodic forcing term and in the presence of large damping. We discuss the conditions to be assumed on the mechanical force and the forcing term for the existence of quasi-periodic solutions which have the same frequency vector as the forcing.

Response Solutions for Quasi-Periodically Forced, Dissipative Wave Equations

We consider several models of nonlinear wave equations subject to very strong damping and quasi-periodic external forcing. This is a singular perturbation, since the damping is not the highest order term. We study the existence of response solutions (i.e., quasi-periodic solutions with the same frequency as the forcing). Under very general non-resonance conditions on the frequency, we show the ...
